The Platform-Fee applies per organization, and your products are billed by usage. The included allowance applies per month, and anything above it is billed at the price of the respective product. A Bundle is 99€ per month, with the Registry included. The included allowance applies to the named resource, for example Object Storage or Kubernetes HA control planes. Extra costs such as traffic are billed in addition. Amounts are net. Statutory VAT is charged in addition.
FAQ
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can move from Start to Grow at any time, exactly when your organization needs more. For Scale, get in touch with us, and we set the allowance, support, and terms together.
What happens when I go beyond my included allowance?
Anything above the included allowance is billed at the regular rate of the respective product. You only pay for what you use on top.
Which support comes with my plan?
Every plan includes support via email and ticket, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, in German and English. On Scale, we tailor the support scope with you.
What do domains and DNS management cost?
You buy domains directly through Loopback, from 550 TLDs with individual pricing. DNS management is free for domains you buy through Loopback. For externally managed domains, it is 1€ per month.
When is the Platform-Fee billed?
We bill the Platform-Fee monthly in advance, on the next possible billing day, the 1st of the month.
