Why Loopback
Built from what we were missing ourselves.
Loopback grew out of our own workday. Between too many logins, too many invoices, and no European platform that brings it all together.
The problem
Ten tools for one stack.
Compute here, storage there, images with a third vendor, DNS at the registrar. Every tool brings its own login, its own permission model, and its own invoice. Holding it all together is a DevOps team that should be working on the product.
The gap
Europe lacked the platform.
The convenient developer platforms come from the US. Hyperscalers deliver depth but no product on top. A European platform with real depth and sovereign providers did not exist until now. We are filling that gap.
