Your total is the Platform-Fee plus dynamic usage costs. The Platform-Fee is the subscription for the organization. Compute, Object Storage, Registry, traffic, and the Kubernetes HA control plane are billed by what you run.

FAQ
Why not go straight to a cloud provider?
The selected providers supply the infrastructure. Loopback turns it into a platform: managed Kubernetes lifecycle, organizations, RBAC, SSO, REST API, and one bill across all providers. Your operations work the same way everywhere, whichever provider runs your cluster.
What support is included?
Send standard questions by email to support@loopback.cloud. We respond Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 German time. Architecture workshops, migration assessment, and training are separate paid services.
How is pricing calculated?
You pay a Platform-Fee for the organization, as Start, Grow, or Scale. Dynamic usage costs add on: workers, Object Storage, Registry, load balancer, traffic, and the Kubernetes HA control plane. Monthly is the same rate times 720 hours, which is 30 days.
Are prices net or gross?
Business prices are shown net. Statutory VAT is charged in addition.
Is there a minimum contract term?
There is no minimum contract term. You can change or cancel resources at any time. Hourly billing applies to the resources you actually use.
How are Bundles priced?
Each Bundle is 99€ per month, with the Registry for its images included. From repository to cluster, in the same organization.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You start with a credit card. SEPA direct debit can be requested from support after verification.
When is my stored payment method charged?
Payment is taken on the first day of the month. If that day is a holiday or a non-banking day, the charge happens on the next banking day.
Can I change my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can change or cancel resources at any time. Billing follows actual usage.
How is Object Storage billed?
You pay per stored GB. Traffic is billed separately by usage.
How is Registry storage billed?
You pay per stored GB. Traffic is billed separately by usage.
